Pioneer was responsible for site development design and permitting for a 25-acre FedEx Freight Facility in Butte, Montana. Development of this site included an environmental site assessment, geotechnical investigation, site grading plan, storm drainage plan (including catch basins, storm water conveyance, and storm water retention), on-site sanitary sewer design (with planning for tie-into a future public sanitary sewer line), water utilities plan (including an on-site well and fire suppression lines), dry utilities plan, pavement design, landscaping, and all associated details necessary to develop the site. Pioneer was also responsible for obtaining local and state permits for construction purposes.
