9-22-14 Pioneer was awarded a contract to collect baseline field data for producing oil and gas facilities located in Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota on a monthly basis through December 2015. Baseline field data collection at each facility includes an inventory of all emission equipment and recording features applicable to developing Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) plans.
